Joseph Quintana (Kewa Pueblo) is the Executive Director of the Native Development Network, a proud partner of The Grantsmanship Center. With over 17 years of service in Indian Country, Mr. Quintana has worked with three Native Nations and one of the largest urban Indian centers in the U.S. His leadership has driven increased funding for tribal and urban Native communities, improved health outcomes, and expanded economic opportunities through education and workforce training.

As the founder of the Native Development Network, he advocates for political, educational, and philanthropic initiatives supporting American Indian and Alaskan Native communities. He has also contributed to Native arts and cultural expression while serving as a managing editor of RED INK, a Native publication, and continues to collaborate with partners on workforce equity, housing, healthcare access, racial justice, and breaking cycles of poverty.

Mr. Quintana has obtained funding from federal agencies, including the U.S. Department of Labor, CDC, HHS/IHS, and HRSA, as well as private foundations such as The California Endowment, Parsons Foundation, California Wellness Foundation, and Dwight Stuart Youth Fund.
