About the webinar
An evaluation plan is not just an end-of-the-project test you either pass or fail. It provides you with the information you need to make decisions, chart course corrections, and measure the real impact of your program. When you need to make the case for sustaining your work after the grant ends, evaluation data is one of the best tools you can have.
In this webinar, you’ll learn what should be included in an evaluation plan, exactly how that plan relates to the program design, and how to explain the evaluation in your grant proposal. We’ll also walk you through developing an evaluation plan and show you how the data it produces can be used for continuous program improvement.
