For Grant Proposal Writers and Administrators
Polish the skills you need to get programs funded with The Grantsmanship Center Consulting. We offer services in the following areas:
- Funding research – We’ll help you plan and implement a research approach that will identify the funders most likely to support your organization’s work.
- Program planning – We’ll show you how to identify community needs and plan programs to address them.
- Application review– We’ll help you interpret application guidelines so you can prepare a compelling proposal (we won’t write the proposal for you).
- Proposal review – When you want a professional review of a proposal, we’ll provide written comments and suggestions. We’ll study any application guidelines to make sure our advice is on track.
- Coaching for grant professionals – We’ll answer questions, suggest resources, provide professional advice and supervision by phone or webinar, review proposals, and/or recommend avenues for continued professional development.

Cost for Consulting
The Grantsmanship Center's standard consulting fee ranges from $300 to $350 per hour. We work with you to develop a plan to meet your organization’s needs, then prepare a Scope of Work that includes a cost estimate.
Cost for Proposal Reviews
We provide written comments and suggestions to strengthen your proposal. For additional proposal review services, such as telephone consultation, we charge the hourly consulting fees shown above.
